I most always see Susan but every one is great! I have been going here for years now I feel like I literally don’t even have to tell her any new information unless something has changed. Very friendly, take time to get to know you, just an all around great atmosphere.
I went to get my taxes done here about 4 years ago, on the suggestion of a friend, and have used them exclusively since then. I won't go anywhere else. They are professional, work efficiently and charge a fair price.
This place is so busy....why? Because they're good, they're professional and they know what they're doing. They do a great job and are very cheap considering I paid over 600 for H&R block to do my taxes year before last and 250 last year at another place. Tax Plus charged me 35.00. She even called me back and got me more money when some laws changed. Thanks to Susan and her staff for providing such a great service at a reasonable price. They are even adhering to Covid precautions by distancing their chairs in the office and only allowing a certain number of people in the office at a time. You are able to sign in and wait in your car and they call you when it's your turn...read full review
