I went to Menards looking for something to help with the ice on my driveway, The sales associate at the front of the store said they were sold out of ice melt and salt. She said I could check around the garden area to look if I wanted. I’m so glad I did! I came a young sales lady Hannah. She directed me to a display of salt crystals and explained they also help with ice. She not only rang up my ordered but helped load them in my car. She was so helpful I hope she can be recognized for her excellent customer service!
I rented an apartment that has been problematic from the door; whether it was problems with locks, infestation, heating or plumbing...MENARDS had my back. No more Walmart, Home Depot or Lowes...LOVE ME SOME MENARDS!
Well stocked overall. Department I needed parts from, couldn't find an associate to ask questions. An associate that didn't work the department but was stocking tried to help but ultimately directed me to wrong item. Overall find employees to be helpful & pleasant.
