This place is fabulous ? I had my 2 kids 12 and 4 at the mall they really wanted they're hair cut it was late like 8 everywhere was booked or huge wait I called they said bring em um no appointment or anything so we did they cut my boys hair excellent and the lady that done my daughter's hair she did so good my girl is 4 so unno it can be rough but this lady made it fun for her hair cut look amazing then she even added color extensions in it didn't charge me a thing I really really like this place highly recommend!

After searching the entire mall for someone who felt comfortable dealing with longer hair on boys we stumbled into the JC Penny's salon. Immediately we knew this was the place to be! We were greeted Immediately with such kindness and understanding. This is the first time my oldest son has ever attempted to have a longer hair style and he was so frazzled with what to expect from a cut that still let him keep his length. Like I'm talking a 2 month battle knowing he needed a cut before school went back. Booked a haircut with Bailey, showed her the picture of what I want and she immediately tells me that she's new and doesn't feel comfortable doing such a complicated cut. That's not a complaint- I'm so grateful that she didn't just go in blindly and mess up my hair. She sent me over to Jan who didn't just do what I asked, she went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable enough to avoid doing exactly what the picture showed because she could tell that my hair wouldn't lay the same, and she explained that fully as she worked.
