I normally have a good experience here but this time my nails were not what I wanted them to be. I got acrylics and my cuticles were not pushed back nor were my nails trimmed before the acrylics were applied. Due to this, my natural nail is visible from the sides and it looks like my nails already need a fill in because the cuticles weren’t pushed back. My friend was also charged an extra $10 even though she didn’t get gel polish. Overall my nails still look good, but they could be better. We came in over an hour before they closed but I think they were just rushing to get us out and weren’t paying attention to detail.

Very rude nail techs. Went in with my 2 daughters. My lady rushed through gel polishing. At first I thought wow, she's fast, but afterwards noticed mistakes. Another lady fixed one nail but not other. Then after asking me 4xs who I was paying for and me explaining I was waiting for my other daughter (who was getting a pedi), they finally forced me to pay and leave the store. There was no one waiting so seats weren't needed. Extremely rude and poor job on painting.
