Took my Maltese here for the first time and we absolutely loved Dr. Shy! The wait time was short, and he was very thorough with my dog’s exam and diagnosis and getting his shots up to date. The price was very reasonable as well.
We take our big red gal Molly Moo for allergies & we take our little girl Ellie Mae also. Ellie had her hind leg pulled out of socket. She had surgery and is as good as a 17 year old girl! They are very good doctors and their staff are amazing!!
First of all I would like to thank Dr. Shy and his wonderful staff for the care they gave my baby boy Buddy Smith. He was almost 17 when he went to Heaven 3 weeks ago. I miss him dearly But His body was tired and God needed him. Over the past year he was sick on several occasions but Dr. Shy and his wonderful staff always seem to manage to keep him going so that I could Continue to make memories with him for a while longer. Barboursville veterinarian clinic has some of the greatest ,most compassionate and most caring people I have ever known. Dr. Shy Is one of the best Vets that I have ever met.
