They seem to have a very high turnover rate. Every time I go the staff is totally different than previous appointments, except for the dentist which is fabulous. She seems to be the only one outside of the hygienist that knows what’s going on. The front desk staff generally aren’t very helpful (in person or over the phone). They apparently do not make notes regarding your upcoming visit while you’re on the phone scheduling said appointment. I was supposed to go in to have a broken tooth fixed but somehow ended up on the hygienists schedule? I went to the Barboursville, WV location as a walk-in. They were able to get me seen and got a treatment plan together for me. I have a broken tooth, and a lot more work needing to be done. An antibiotic called in and broken tooth is being pulled next week Monday.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I hate dental offices and they were told this right upfront. I would recommend this place to anyone needing dental treatment!

I have a fear of the dentist but the people who greeted me today and helped me through my process were very nice and held conversation well and explained everything on great depth and didn't treat me wrong in anyway. They were all helpful and made it the most soothing experience.
