Justin installed a brand new package air conditioning unit for us on May 2, 2025. To say he did a phenomenal job would be an understatement. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did a very very professional job, way beyond our expectations. He hauled away our old dilapidated unit and left no mess. The unit and connnection to our house is top notch. I would look no farther than Heritage Heating and Cooling. He is our Go-to Guy. Jim and Cathy Calvert.
We were in a Pinch when our hot water heater went out and line busted as well. We had to shut off our water for the day, but Justin with Heritage Heating & Cooling was able to fit us in quickly. Let me tell you with great pricing, amazing work, and completion in a timely manner you cannot go wrong with Heritage Heating & Cooling!!!
We were in the hottest week of the summer, and Justin made time pretty quickly for my family. He was thorough and super informative. Our system will likely need replacing in the next couple of years simply due to age but for now, it's working fine. That visit was in July, and it's now the end of August. When we build a new house in the next 3-5 years, I'll be calling Justin to be a part of things!
