I highly recommend Teri at Jadin Acupuncture at Evolve Wellness. I went in for an acupuncture appointment, but it was so much more. Teri is very connected and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to reveal the origins of many issues that I wasn't fully aware of. Because of her compassionate and caring nature, I felt completely relaxed while working with her. I have had acupuncture before, but in this session, so much occured on different levels that I can't even explain. I left feeling amazing and everything is continuing to integrate. You owe it to yourself to check her out.
A challenging yet rewarding Vinyasa yoga class today! I also enjoyed the Chair yoga class last week and look forward to trying more classes. Thank you, Kim, for bringing YoGarage to Wrightstown!
Enjoyed a restorative yoga class this afternoon. The studio was peaceful and welcoming. The instructor was excellent. She was very helpful and guided me as I stumbled through some of the poses. Definitely worth a trip back there!
