Appointment set up for 4 pm with me getting there to fill out paperwork at 3:45. I arrived at 3:40, filled out paperwork. Waited until 4:15, asked receptionist how much longer. She said shouldn’t be too much longer but no idea how long. I left as I arrived on time, not happy.

I needed follow-up testing and co-management following surgery for a detached retina in another state. I found Dr. Buffington helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She was thorough in her examination and helpful in setting expectations for the outcome of my surgery. Dr. Buffington and her staff are both friendly and professional. Overall, a very good experience.
