My septic wasn’t draining properly so Shane pumped my holding tank, jetted my pipe and ran his camera up to the house. What he found was I had a dip in the pipe about 3 feet from the house. I dug it up that night and found my old cast iron pipe dropped 3 1/2”. The next day I replaced 90” and pitched it properly to meet up with where the newer PVC line was replaced 16 yrs ago. Sparks Septic and there team came out and steamed our septic lateral when we froze up in early February. Went above and beyond to get us thawed which we really appreciated seeing as we had just moved into our brand new home. Low and behold, two weeks later, we froze up again. Shane figured out that the boiler was trickling water through the lateral, and it was freezing up at the tank. To alleviate the problem immediately, he piped up some small conduit and installed a small pump to keep the boiler training and it not running into our septic.
