Sparks Septic and there team came out and steamed our septic lateral when we froze up in early February. Went above and beyond to get us thawed which we really appreciated seeing as we had just moved into our brand new home. Low and behold, two weeks later, we froze up again. Shane figured out that the boiler was trickling water through the lateral, and it was freezing up at the tank. To alleviate the problem immediately, he piped up some small conduit and installed a small pump to keep the boiler training and it not running into our septic. I've been using Sparks for 12 years for pumping and inspections.Last weekend I found the septic pipe at my cabin FROZEN. Sparks came out quickly with all the tools and more importantly the knowledge to get my toilets flushing again!Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
