Hello all and thank you for your inquiry in Pauline‘s Grooming. I have worked and formed bonds with most of the dogs that have come into this salon. I have been an employee here on and off for the better part of 3 years, along with knowing Pauline personally for 20 years. I feel it is a moral obligation, on my behalf, to respond to an individual on Google reviews named Cassandra Ste***** since I was there the day she claims her dog was mistreated at Pauline’s Grooming. Pauline and her team always do an incredible job with my Aussie, Baylee. They always take their time with him and he looks SO good when he leaves. They’ve always been super understanding when things arise. I highly recommend Pauline’s grooming!
Pauline does a fantastic job with my 2 dogs!! Her de-shedding service was perfect for my Saint Bernard, and my Goldendoodle always looks fly after his haircuts. Very reasonable pricing and above-par quality of services. Recommended.
