Link's Contracting Inc. provides excellent roofing work with great customer service. They are professional, knowledgeable, and offer prompt quotes. The work crew is friendly, courteous, and does expert workmanship, completing jobs quickly and efficiently. They handle everything from dealing with insurance companies for hail damage to providing honest assessments. The team is reliable, arriving as scheduled, and does an excellent job cleaning up after the work is completed. The service is stress-free and easy for the customer. They are highly recommended for any roofing needs.
Had an appointment for an estimate. They never called or showed up. Not very impressive.
Gray haired guy in one of your trucks just drove erratically and started screaming obscenities at a random vehicle in public. Obviously don't know the circumstances but that is unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. I would not hire him.
What a joke! Sign a contract and 2 months later we are getting ahold of a lawyer. Ordered wrong stuff, incompetent workers, untrained workers, damaged our property, won't return phone calls, won't show up when they say they will. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Brian the owner hung up on me when I called and fired them. Jeremy the contractor talks big but doesn't know his job. Complete disrespect from all ends. Worst regret of my life! We were suppose to get a roof, siding, and gutters. We ended up with damage and a yard full of supplies never used.
