First time visit after former eye doctor unexpectedly retired. Great overall experience, staff are very pleasant and professional. Feeling that ECoW will be a good fit for my eyecare needs.

The staff was friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable and had commendable patience with a little challenging special needs situation. The only complaint (I could have) was the plastic shield in front of the reception desk, it seemed unnecessary and in the way, and a little ridiculous. Just a personal opinion!I would highly recommend this business.

My dad had his first appointment today. It was wonderful! Charlotte at the front desk was so sweet and kind to my dad and so very professional making everything smooth and easy for our appointment. What a pleasure to meet her. Thank you Charlotte!!! Then we saw technician Mark and he too was so professional and knowledgable and kind and patient with dad. Then Dr. Chris K. saw us and was thourough and knowledgable and able to communicate well with dad and answer all his questions, putting him at ease about the surgery. I cannot say thank you enough for making this such a positive and pleasant experience. The previous facility we went to in the marshfield clinic was a nightmare experience and after waiting for over 6 months canceled dads surgery 9 days before it was scheduled as their Dr. quit. Leaving us to have to wait all over again...for potentially another year. When we contacted Eye Clinic of Wisconsin they answered all calls helped with referral process and insurance approval and quickly got us in and on the schedule...such a seemless process...every phone call answered promptly and by staff that truly go the extra mile because they care. Dad is relaxed and ready for the surgery. Thank you to you all!
