About Sundara Inn & Spa

The facilities are beautiful and very clean! Although I do not feel the price is reflective of the quality of the spa services. My massage was shorter than it should have been.. was underwhelming.. and was automatically charged a 20% gratuity, rather than allowing me to tip based on performance. I was in and out of massage room in less than 50 minutes and paid $235.
This place was great! I don't have photos to share because you're not supposed to use your phone in the common spaces, which was actually kind of nice to be able to disconnect. I liked the selection of hot tubs and pools and quiet rooms. There was a swim up bar where you could also order food. The rooms had nice amenities as well. Would definitely recommend and/or come back sometime.
I’ve been to Sundara a handful of times now but my last visit just had me rethinking why this place gets high ratings. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a great oasis and very peaceful.
It’s just for $1000+ I don’t think the following should happen:
While sitting in the hot tubs they have very earn down rusted Bose speakers that look like they’ve been there since day 1.
The “tranquility” area was literally by the very loud humming HVAC system which I get they need but I wouldn’t use such a word next to such noise.
