I wanted to go to a full service spa, and after much research, I chose Sundara as it was a reasonable distance from home. The reviews were very mixed, so after my 1st hand experience, this is my review:1. I agree with most reviews that the rooms are slightly overpriced, but the bathrooms are amazing with excellent showers, water closets, and plenty of towels. I would stay at least 1 night for the experience, but then use a day pass if you wanted to use the amenities for more than 2 days.2. I would bring your own shower shoes. We found our spa treatments to be really outstanding and the pools were very nice. However, for as great of a spa that this place is, the resort features are lacking. We found the food and drinks to be very expensive and lacking in quality.

Me and my friend stayed in their “Vanya Reserve” room. Although it was expensive, it was well worth every penny. Something about having your own hot tub in your room in -30 degrees was surreal and very cozy. Housekeeping team did a great job as the room was spotless and they left me a little birthday gift which was a nice touch. We had room service which was wonderful and food was really good. I had a massage and Mel was outstanding. Honestly this is an outstanding spa with great service in every department I had interacted with.From the beginning till the end of our stay we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and definitely would like to come back.
