I have been a member of the Hot Shots family for 8 years and they truly became a part of my family. This company has supported me through the toughest times in my life. We provide first class service to our guests and host companies. I’ve had the pleasure of working at Hoover Dam and opening our site at Ruby Falls and no other photo company can compare!!!!!
I have been working with the company for over 10 years and I grew from an imaging sales associate position to a manager. We are a company that is based in Wisconsin and operates at different attractions across the US so we have multiple teams spread all around. It’s fun to travel to the different locations to help out when needed, and the job itself is a very easy and fun job. I can say that it’s overall a great company to work with.
Being a Las Vegas local I have come in contact with multiple vendors when visiting family comes into town. Overall HotShots has been the most professional vendor to give a vacation photo experience. I also noticed they do the photos at Ruby Falls in Tennessee and my experience there was just as smooth as when I visited them at their Hoover Dam location(pre Covid) Hands down the best photo company I have encountered.
