Cold Water Canyon Golf Course

Cold Water Canyon Golf Course was a hit and miss for me. I can respect a tight wooden front nine, but those greens were not small, they were tiny to the point where pins are almost unplayable due to the slope and size of the greens. The front nine greens should be similar to size and slope of the back nine. Back nine was designed much better with the leveling off slope on greens. Overall, it is still worth playing if in the WI Dells.

Course was very well balanced with wooded and links style holes. Fairways and greens were reasonably well kept. Rough is thick (as it should be) and definitely rewards players for hitting the fairway. Some of the bunkers look like they are being phased out and are starting to fill in with rough weeds and such, avoid at all cost.The GPS system on the electric carts was absolutely fantastic. Gives yardage to the front, middle, and back of the greens and you can tap anywhere on the hole to get yardage to hazards.Very pleasant experience!

Such a beautiful well managed and manicured course. Thank you Todd and Ed for all the little things you do to help us feel save during this pandemic. It means a lot, sincerely. Thanks for the awesome lessons too! Impossible to not have a blast surrounded by this beauty with my newly acquired skills. :).
