I've dealt with Paxton and Judy and they are both fantastic! My furnace decided to take a break when it was -35, the company I normally called for the seasonal check and the company that actually installed my furnace both blew me off. Neither of them wanted to come and if they did the rates were quite high. It was a Saturday, they wanted me to wait until Monday even though it was -35. Paxton came that same morning and was so nice and professional, he even gave me pointers to save on my heating bill and future problems. And, his bill was totally reasonable. Thank you Paxton.
