“It took me a few weeks to getting around to this review, but that doesn’t take away from the Fantastic service we were provided by Tom as well as konik construction who did the digging. We came home from hockey Saturday evening of the super cold weekend(-teens both days) to find our backyard flooded by a pipe from our well that had failed and needed to be dug up and repaired. Tom had a plan by 10pm that evening and they had it repaired by 5pm that same Sunday. I cannot say enough about how promptly it was taken care of and how straight forward the whole process was. Don’t hesitate to give Meidl Water systems a call. Thank you Tom and your entire team for helping us out. It was terrible timing, but you guys didn’t hesitate.“

Previously, we used a different plumber in town and they left behind huge mess with metal shaving on the laundry room floor from cutting metal piping. This was unacceptable as I had small children at the time.

They ordered a new furnace for us the same day we called for help, had a tech out the next after noon to remove old furnace and had the new furnace in, in less than two hours the next morning. Friendly and polite employees, always on time when ever we have called them for service.“
