    When we first set out to buy a home we were a little naïve and took a look at a house without a buying agent. We contacted the Gohsman group and our soon to be realtor's father was selling the house that we were interested in buying. Well, Mr Gohsman recommended his son Pete to represent us but I was leery to go with a realtor from the same group that was selling the home, but my wife said it would probably be fine. Well we didn't manage to buy the house on our first attempt and were out bid. However, Pete did help us to get our first choice of the two houses that we looked at. It was a much nicer home and we couldn't believe how fast we were able to close on the house....read full review
