Overall, my experience with Atid Properties over the past several years has been very positive. Atid's office in Whitefish Bay communicates well with its tenants, they are very nice people, and I recommend working with them.

I rented from Atid in the last year, and, this coming from a real estate professional and former head leasing agent in the area, this is one of the best property management companies I've come across in Milwaukee.Well managed - starting at the top. Good communication, clean and well maintained units, and very reasonable to deal with. They do the little things well, like answering their phones and being prompt with work orders. I will admit I gave them some problems due to some personal stuff I was dealing with, and they were understanding and gracious to me.I will stress to anyone looking to rent: you simply don't find these kind of companies very often. I highly reccomend.

This may be weird to review a rental company, but I just wanted to say they are very responsive to any inquiries or emails from their listings. I’ve heard back from 3 people in the company and to me that’s odd as I’m not used to it, but Im very happy. Easy to communicate and the turn around time fo checks to get a lease was fairly fast, or at least they don’t keep me pondering and waiting for a approval or rejection. As for renting, have not experienced yet but hoping my family member gets to and the kindness continues.
