We used this facility for 13 years for our dog. They have always gone above and beyond. From the time he was a puppy until we had to put him down we were treated with love and respect. Animal care is a tough field and often not respected enough. We were always respected and given honest upfront care and decent pricing. We were never pressured and if we couldn't afford something given realistic options. When we had to put our dog down it was such a traumatic day and the staff here made the transition for me and my family so much easier. The staff are so kind. I was nervous about leaving my timid dog overnight for surgery, but they gave me updates during the entire process and assured me she was doing great and they were taking things slow with her to ensure she was comfortable. It was so reassuring knowing she was in kind and caring hands. Thank you!
We were looking for a new vet for our pups and a friend recommended this one. We had a great first experience. The office was clean and bright. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and caring. Our pup was very nervous and they were patient with him and made him feel comfortable so they could do an exam. They took their time and answered all of our questions and didn't rush us at all. You can tell they care about pets and we are so happy to have found them. We will certainly be back!
