“I have HEDS and lots of scar tissue in my back. Unfortunately, I don't know I need a massage until I NEED it, so its important for me to get in ASAP. I only go to Meow Meow (I'm probably butchering her name, sorry!) so I will call ahead to make sure she is available and have always been able to get in same day. She works it all out SO WELL! She'll use tiger balm and massage down to your glutes to get all that tension out. Shes very receptive to feedback and so kind too. Prices really can't be beat. 100/10, love coming here!“

“I have been going to Integrated Pain Solutions for a year now and the difference from how I have felt a year ago compared to now is excellent. I have a military neck and before coming here i would have a painful flare up every 2-3 weeks.The shockwave and laser treatments were very helpful for getting rid of scar tissue and repairing nerves. Recently, Dr. Grant has updated the laser therapy with a higher end laser and I definitely felt the difference the day after my appointment. My neck and upper trap muscles felt stronger and got rid of the pain I was experiencing for the past month. (Sidenote, a majority of the months have been without pain). Moreover, the staff and Dr. Grant are very friendly and welcoming with occasional visits from Mally (the sweetest dog). They carry a nice balance of being personal and also professional. I am so glad I made the choice to come here and how helpful it has been for my neck. When I think of the amount of pain I was in before coming here compared to how I feel now is amazing.
