Customers can do their laundry, watch free TV with a remote, and enjoy a treat. There is an ATM on the premises. The owner is known for acts of kindness, having personally helped a customer by washing items twice in hot water in a bigger washer when a machine did not function correctly. This made a customer very grateful, especially on a holiday. The place is considered great.
