Tyler replaced our hot water heater, water softener, 3 faucets and installed a new laundry sink in an impressively short period of time. He was polite, efficient, conscientious and even won the approval of our basset hound.

After washing the dishes, I found I had standing water in the basement. Joe & Brenden came out and fixed it in under an hour. Great customer service. Thanks for being so quick and efficient.

We had a sewer backup through the basement drain, so we called Maxwell-White and they said they would be out in a few hours. Joe & Joe (yes, 2 Joes) came that afternoon and were able to restore basic functionality of our water and toilet functioning in the house. Joe & Joe were timely, professional yet personable and very competent in their work. Can't say enough about those two guys. They also arranged for a follow-up with "Benjamin," who, after a photographic excursion through our outlet pipe to the city sewer, was able to give us 3 estimates for different things we could do to give us more permanent solutions to this problem, thus eliminating a repeat of the sewer backup.
