“Kris does an amazing job from start to finish, by listening to your list of chief complaints of troublesome areas and going over any medical issues he may need to know about. He can find your trigger points very quickly, even faster than I can react and say "that's the spot!" He lets you tell him how heavy or lightly your want the massage performed. I have never had sore, stiff muscles the day after a massage with Kris as I have by a few other massage therapists. He also has a rather unique technique I've never seen used before. He also is pretty easy to book with and if you let him know you are needing relief very soon, just talk to him and he'll try to help you out as soon as he possibly can. He's a really great guy!“
