Jake and Tanner came to install a new furnace (after coming out the night before after hours within an hour of calling-I still hadn't heard back from the other company I had called 4 hours earlier) and did a fantastic job. I couldn't have been happier with their service, price and customer service. They made a hot sticky problem go away and did so with a smile. Would ALWAYS recommend for the the future. :)“

“Bought a Samsung fridge a few years ago. The ice maker wasn't working correctly, but we didn't want to pay for an expensive service call. I called Midwest to speak to a service person, because we were pretty sure it was a simple fix that the owners manual didn't address. No one was available but the person on the phone suggested calling Samsung 800 number. Although I expected that to be a waste of time, I was pleasantly surprised. The auto answer machine quickly routed me to the correct department and human being actually answered!! I explained the problem and she quickly explained how I could correct the issue. Problem solved. Good service!“
