It's awesome to know I found this hair salon where I feel welcome and positive and appreciated. I really love my haircut. Elena is THE BEST. I had so much dry hair, with tangles and rats nests. My hair got so long it was just too much. I'd waited way too long for a trim so I knew my hair needed some serious TLC. Elena was ready for it. She has serious skills. The best great clips I’ve ever gone to. Libby and Loida are PHENOMENAL. I drive out of my way to go to the Miller Park way location because it’s simply better. They care more about how happy you are with your haircut. That simple.
I visited for the first time on Jan 18 2024....Elena cut my hair. I have been to Great clips in Bayview because close to home but even tho I explain what I want, all three people I've been to there don't seem to get it. And even seemed to have an attitude or act like they don't understand what I'm saying. Not only did she listen to me she did an awesome job and I should have tipped her even more! I got exactly what I asked for and she had no problem understanding what I meant. I will be returning to her from now on. Oh and by the way..... it's just a trim and layer haircut so I'm not sure why others couldn't get it. I have very thick hair and naturally wavy. Waves...read full review
