“Paul was absolutely the most amazing person I got to work with from start to finish. It is my first time servicing my vehicle for a “premium interior detailing + hand wash/dry” at Detail Doctors, and I have to say it was a 10/10 experience for me (since prior to making an appointment and speaking with Donato, to then working with Paul until after the vehicle was complete.) I am celebrating finally paying off my car after many, many years, and I’m also celebrating my birthday, so this booking was very important to me. I communicated that my primary concern was ensuring the seats remained fully dry after shampooing and conditioning since we are in the midst of winter, and I want to prevent any mildew from forming if they stay damp after cleaning. The professionalism has to be noted because Paul immediately responded with reassurance and kindness, offering to keep the vehicle in the heated shop overnight with ventilators on to make sure it dried completely. I really appreciated how attentive he was, and how quick he was to provide solutions to ease any worries. After I picked up the car and was able to spend some time with it, I noticed there was pet hair in the crevices in between the two front seats. Since the service was geared directly towards the interior I decided to contact Paul to inquire about it and he was so receptive, right away offering to clean it up the very same day. I feel incredibly grateful for my experience with the team here. I hope they feel just how appreciated I am of their willingness to go above and beyond and their welcoming of receiving feedback if there’s ever any. The fact that I feel at ease in being able to have an open communication with their team means a lot to me and it’s the reason I will keep coming back as long as they will have me:) It’s barely been two days and already I’ve raved about this place to everyone around me. I aim to have a great relationship with the team here for many years to come, so I hope I was able to show them just how happy I am to have found them and to have had the opportunity to get my lovely car cared for by them. Oh- goes without saying the car turned out amazing! Winters in Wisconsin can be quite challenging to upkeep with the salt and snow and things. Paul and the team did an outstanding job, my car looks so clean inside and ready to tackle the rest of winter. “I am giving a 5 star review, but I also want to be honest about my experience, just in case it is helpful for someone.

The typical procedure for when I get a new car, is to get tint on all windows. Prior to coming to Walkers Auto Care, I went to a different tint shop in 2020 and they did a pretty subpar job. I finally mustered up the courage to get new tint this year.

I called and visited a few places, and either they were booked or they didn’t answer the phone. Walker’s Auto Care called me back right away, and they were the highest quote I received for the job. With that said, they were flexible in being able to get me in same day, although my appointment started several minutes after my scheduled time.

Here is where I want to offer some suggestions about attention to detail.

When I got in my car and drove off, I noticed there was water/solution all over my doors and seats, and there was even a puddle on the passenger seat (I have waterproof seat covers).

As I was drying my car off at the gas station next door, I noticed that the windows hadn’t been fully cleaned prior to applying the tint so there was old adhesive from previous tint stuck behind the new tint.

There was also a discrepancy about some window trim that was damaged, and after leaving and looking at photos of my car prior to the tint job, my initial concern and assessment was correct, but I let that go once I started to feel like they were over-explaining something I knew I was correct about.

They tried their best to rectify both situations, and I was pleased with the overall experience, minus a bit of frustration from everyone (including myself) because I was being nitpicky. They even redid the tint that had the adhesive stuck behind it.

I ended up paying $160+ (tip included) for 2 front tints and 1 tint film removal. Since that was the highest amount from any place that I called, I wanted to make sure it was done correctly (because I have had other terrible experiences). The tint looks good, although there are still some imperfections. I’m just thankful to have it done.

All in all, I would rate the overall experience a solid 7 out of 10 because of those few notes about the details and clean-up afterwards.

They seemed like nice and hardworking people, which is why I still provided a 5 star review, with a few caveats.

“As a woman it is hard to find a good mechanic or somebody to help you with something you need help with without getting taken advantage of and that’s exactly how I felt when I got my car fixed at Elite B detailing and they were the kindest people I feel like at a fair price and the work was remarkable compared to the other quotes I got I am so glad that I ended up picking Elite B I saved it not only a lot of money but a lot of time and having to fix it again when it does break because elite knows what they’re doing and I don’t have to go back to get it fixed!
