I am writing this review because of the great customer service that I received From Emma and Anna. Finding prescription safety frames that fit me comfortably was really difficult. I had been to multiple places (over seven) and none of them had anything that fits. let me say my current frame size is 68-18-125 the Wiley X Boss. I was getting really discouraged as I had a time frame from my job to get safety glasses. They ordered the frames an filled my prescription. It took a few tries to get my lenses made correctly, but well worth the wait. I don't write a lot of reviews, but when I do, I would have experienced really bad customer service or really great customer service....read full review

I needed to make several trips to the store because of some insurance issues, Carmen was very helpful and knowledgeable. She knew me each time. I also worked with Emma, the manager. She really went to bat for me when I needed it! Staff was very helpful and friendly. My husband will be using their services in the near future.
