The waiting area features a play area, free coffee and water, and a TV for kids. The staff is patient and sensitive, making haircuts successful even for children who may be scared or have difficulty. Jinaya, one of the talented stylists, is especially appreciated for her patience and skill in handling kids' hair, including thick, curly, or tangled hair. She has done excellent work on children’s haircuts, including first haircuts and updos. The welcoming atmosphere makes WhimsiKidz a popular spot for both kids and parents.
