Recently, a huge tree limb came down in a snow/ice storm on a Sunday, in sub-zero weather, knocking out power to our house and to our neighbor's house and completely blocked our driveway - making it impossible to even get our car out of the garage. I reached out to Peterson's for help and got an immediate text message from Joe, who assured me they would come over immediately and assess the situation. When they arrived, they informed us of what needed to happen with the trapped live wires. While we waited for WeEnergies to come and take care of those, Joe reached out both by text and by stopping by our house to see how things were progressing. As soon as the WeEnergies workers were on site, Joe and his team gathered their equipment and came back to our house just as the WeEnergies team was leaving. No time was wasted. In barely an hour, Joe and his coworker had removed the entire huge tree limb - even raking up the stray, smaller branches and blowing off the sawdust from the driveway! Again - this is late on a Sunday, 6 degrees below zero, with nasty, icy winds. Joe and his teammate could not have been more accommodating, more communicative more prompt or more kind if their lives depended on it. Absolutely stellar service from these amazing folks.
