I enjoy getting my nails and this time was no different. The only complaint I had was they overcharged me.
Me and my daughter got deluxe pedicures.. got shellac and she got regular polish with two tips. They charged me an extra 30 dollars. I didn’t notice until I got in the car and looked at my receipt.
I always tip so I don’t understand why they would overcharge. Its not about the money at all.
I just don’t appreciate being overcharged
I came to Polaris by referral, I went to Tyler who really does good nails but I will say the atmosphere is NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!! There’s a weird vibe in the shop I don’t know if it’s a cultural difference issue or what but they really need to loosen up!! I have been getting my nails did forever but this is by far the most unfriendly place I ever been to I felt rushed and all they were about is the money!! If your looking for that kind a place then go there again Tyler did a pretty good Job overall just not Friendly!!
I been going here for 2 years and I love the service. Hannah and Tyler always do my nails ! They do good. If you like more simple design, go to hannah but if you are looking for more complex I say go to Tyler!
