Arborist Will and team did an incredible job with tree removal and various pruning in our yard. I wish I knew the woman’s name who did a great amount of the cutting and pruning; she was fantastic. Every step of the process was explained and executed outstandingly. We appreciated their efficiency, professionalism, knowledge, and mindfulness of our needs as well as our yard companions 🦝. We love working with the Hoppe Team!

3/5 They do good work, and are quite knowledgeable, and have fair prices. They'll navigate tight spaces with their very large equipment, and their customer service while relaxed and friendly is still quite professional. The reason this review isn't absolutely stellar is a little nit picky. They've canceled on us without notice, though due to weather, and in a scenario where it's clear they're not going to do work that day, communication for rescheduling is still appreciated. They may over estimate their abilities, claiming a job can be done in 8 hours when it's going to take three separately scheduled days in reality. We understand that some things get in the way in this line of work, so we don't hold these faults against Hoppe, but it really would be nice to get more accurate quotes and more communication when work is canceled

We have been very pleased with the service we have received. They are trying to extend the life of a serviceberry and we are grateful. Just had them prune two trees. Easy to work with and talk to.
