I walked in for a simple fix of one of my handles that came off. Bart was so helpful and simply made my day. The location is so peaceful in itself. I love Herslof but really wish some other locations was like this one in Wauwatosa. Thank you Bart for being so kind, peaceful and pleasant!

This is my second time coming to this location. I highly recommend this place. It’s peaceful and they have a good selection of eyeware. The doctor was super friendly and thorough. She recommended glasses for my older children but said the younger one had a slight case of far sightedness so she didn’t recommend glasses for her. I was surprised with the newer technology that they have. I’ve been going to many eye doctors and this place is quite equipped. The staff was friendly and accommodating too. Only thing I wish they had better was the seating when we had to wait. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Hard to find a place for my brother. He has a speech delay and a learning cognative. Everyone was nice and no one got frustrated while working with him. The eye doctor was very helpful and explained a lot of things about his eye sight. They even had the miraflex available here. So happy. Will be bringing all of my family here from now on.
