I have and always have terrible anxiety going to the dentist. I formally was a patient of Dr. James Bojar then Dr. Anne O Neil. Both retired and my records were automatically sent to Dr. Taylor. Both experiences I have had with Dr. Taylor were very calming, no pain and I trust him. The problem I have is with the girls at the front desk. I've called to discuss my husband's visit with Dr. Taylor and my concerns regarding a crown and asked for a call back. Never got a call back. I always have a positive experience here—- in spite of being at the dentist! I’m hard wired for anxiety yet I feel okay with and trust Dr. Taylor so it’s not too, too bad to tolerate. He’s the best!
