I used to love this place. I thought I would have a good experience today however, she was quite rude and seemed to get upset because I was the reason her thread broke for not holding my eyelid down “tighter” when I don’t think I could have held it any tighter. It was truly uncomfortable and unsettling that she said “my thread broke. I need it tighter” like… I’ve literally never had any issues at my other eyebrow threading places. I will not be going back to this location. 2 stars because my eyebrows at least looked good enough where I only need to do a small cleanup at home. I got tinted eyebrows for the 1st time. She's neat with threading. The tint was a bit out of alignment on one of my brows but after using tooth paste and everything to get that out of spot it was good.
