Reception is very kind and cooperative, but I needed to have an extensive thyroid panel done and I expressed that I had already had a thyroid controlling hormone test done and told her I'd already had vitamin d and iron and other tests done. She nodded her head and then did not do an extensive thyroid panel and I still got charged for a bunch of tests that I told her I already had done at another place. Very poor communication.

Not a fan of Thedacare, I've been seen by Dr. Nguyen and I didn't find him helpful. He came across a bit rude by repeatedly looking at his watch and not listening to my symptoms I've been experiencing since August 2017. He acted like it was too long ago and kept trying to put me on anxiety medicine because I "seemed fairly anxious", even though I wasn't anxious at all and told him I wasn't.

I've been having symptoms of dizziness/vertigo that can feel like a falling sensation (Similar to going to sleep and feeling like you're falling [Probably why they call it "Falling asleep" lol] or like being on a boat in the water), also dry eyes that occur around the same time...read full review

The receptionist is very rude and gives an attitude every time you call. I was denied because I have covid while experiencing serious unrelated covid symptoms. For my initial visit, I came for the unrelated covid symptoms, but was told they could not do lab testing EVEN THOUGH THATS WHAT I WENT FOR. Horrible.
