Kitty has been very professional and has beeen able to adeal with all my concerns as well as make all neccary adjustments to the Oticon hearing aids. Loking forward to dealing with Kitty Belanger when ever the needed.
The employees are very friendly and helpful. However, Kit upgraded my aids because I needed stronger function. In so doing, I lost the connection to my iPhone. I stopped at a Hearing Life office when in Oshkosh and the man tried but couldn’t get the right aid to connect. He was very nice and gave me an 800 number to call for help. I did so and talked to Dr Michelle Springer. She too could not get the right aid to connect. She wrote it up on my file and suggested I go back to Wautoma. She felt they had done something wrong. So I went back to Wautoma. Kit wasn’t there but I spoke to a Dr who read the notes on my file. She then checked my hearing aids. There had been...read full review
