Called and requested work to be done 4 months ago. One of the employees came to see what was needed the next day. A few weeks later I called and left a message as I had not heard back from them. Nothing. A few weeks after that I spoke to a person who said he would have the owner call me back. Nothing. Called again and spoke to the owner who said he would get back to me. Nothing. Spoke to the employee who first came in person to see what was up. He said they were very busy. Nothing. Left two additional messages in the past month. Nothing. I went to someone else. I feel that I gave them more than a fair shot. I even said if they didn’t want the work just to let me know....read full review

I've had nothing but amazing service from Vanderkin Plumbing. They're prompt and courteous - they get the job done without repeated/return trips. AND they always remember to close the door so my cat doesn't get out. They're the best.
