I have been on the hunt for the perfect stylist for years and I can finally say I found her!!! Heather might be new to Waupun and the The Parlor Hair Boutique but is not new to this profession! All I can say is wow and I’m SO glad I found her as I’ve never been so happy with my hair leaving a salon as I was today!!
