My son lost his glasses in Florida on the beach. Teresa took an old frame and replaced the glasses so I could have them shipped by UPS next day air so he was able to see while he was on vacation! Super helpful and friendly. She definitely helped him enjoy his vacation without the headache of not being able to see.
