I have a gift certificate to use here, for almost a year now, expires 12/10/24. No appointment ever made, you know why? Because the phone isn't in service and I have CALLED atleast the last 6 months and today the number is still disconnected. No updated number, nothing. Absolutely dissatisfied and my friend looses out on money.

If I could give this salon a zero, I would. I have called the salon multiple times, within the past two months, leaving many voicemails. Looking to get a hair cut for myself and my son. I love Sarah and how she cut my hair about 5 months ago. Its incredibly rude for the employees to not answer when a customer is calling or has left several voicemails, VERY very unprofessional. Don't expect to set up a haircut anytime soon!! Better luck getting in elsewhere.

Sabrina got me in for a last minute appointment, which i am so grateful for. My hair turned out absolutely beautiful, exactly what i wanted. She along with all of the other stylist were very friendly. I had a great experience, I will definitely be back.
