These folks must think that they are entitled to be rude, disrespectful and impudent. Total air heads when it comes to basic customer service especially when we are spending hundreds of dollars on package deliveries. One of the clerks named Emily kept telling me my delivery was not at the store. And of course it was, she said there wasn't a phone number on the label. My client did put my number on the label form but it did not print out on the label. Emily made a schizophrenic big deal about it after I asked her to check again on the arrival of the package for the third time. Then had the nerve to call me back about it saying it wasn't her fault. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices for quick printing jobs. I just needed a few pages on card stock printed from a PDF. I'm embarrassed to say it was beyond a great value, quick and great quality. I often don't expect a lot from these sorts of shops... I mean it's copy services and shipping... so it was nice to see a shop that seems to take pride in their customer service and product.

Are you knowledgeable staff with a customer relations focus. They will get it out for you quickly and done right at the right price.
