Getting care established at the office was easy & as of recently getting in for sick appointments is usually possible within a day or two-saving costs vs going to urgent care. His office staff- especially the med tech that I usually interact with- I think their name is Anastasia- they are always friendly and attentive- in person & through MyChart messaging. Max is the same- very easy to talk to- knowledgeable without being condescending. I’ve always felt comfortable in the office as a queer person. If you live downtown around the capital this is an easy location to walk to as well!”
