Jake tackled a crazy project: he dug under our house and built a guest suite from what was a crawl space. We’re really happy with how it turned out. My favorite parts about working with Jake were 1) His communication. He’s the most easily accessible contractor I’ve worked with by phone or text. 2) the pride and responsibility he takes in his work. For example, he built a temporary canopy around the house when rain was in the forecast and there was a pit under my house.Services: General construction

We had a very old elevated deck that couldn't be repaired due to code issues. Jacob came in and proposed a new deck, far more robust than the old one. His proposal was quite reasonable, so we went ahead. Demolition of the old deck was completed, and everything hauled away promptly. Construction and painting of the new deck began and the crew was very polite and knowledgeable. When complete, everything was cleaned up and ready to go. The deck is solid as a rock and I'm sure will last many years. Jacob and his folks are highly recommended.Service: Deck construction

Jacob was great in all he did for me. His attention to detail was great. All new interior doors and trim throughout the house. He was very responsive via texts or calls. That was very important to me as I had many problems with other contractors - labor shortage, supply-chain issues and Covid.He ALWAYS would get back to me. I was the general contractor so I made all the decisions. Jacob was great in recommending solutions to some issues I had especially with a mid-century house.I highly recommend this business.Service: Trim carpentry services
