Insight adheres to a schedule & I don’t have to remind them, which is refreshing. The employees have been pleasant to deal with. Living in the woods, it seems like having the service has been useful, as my yard is mostly ant hills & none of those ants are in my house.
Updated May, 2021: Infestation of ants & termites, post-remodeling. Insight did a “warranty” service to deal with it & to prevent it from continuing. It was a satisfying response to my “bug horror movie”
They take care of all my exterior needs to prevent mice and spiders and other creepy crawling things fr getting in my house and also spray for ticks, spiders, mosquito's, etc in my yard
It gives me comfort to.know my.dogs and I.are protected and it really works. No more ticks on me or my fogs. I love this company and the price is so reasonable I would highly recommend them.

Every time the Insight Pest employees visit our house, they're incredibly friendly, helpful, and diligent about understanding what you want and need.
I've been happy with our service, and I especially enjoy having the option of requesting free, impromptu house calls if we discover a new pest problem.
Reno, one of the specialists, has visited our house and done multiple applications, and he's always kind, professional, and thorough. He even remembered past issues we've had with wasps and asked if we've had any issues since he treated it. I can tell he cares and takes pride in his job.
