Patients praise the dermatologists for their thorough exams, kind demeanor, and latest skincare technology. The office is described as beautiful, and the staff is consistently kind and friendly. Many patients have seen significant improvements in their skin after treatments and highly recommend this practice. The dermatologists are extremely skilled and knowledgeable, explaining everything and taking the time to answer all questions. Patients report incredible, painless surgery and are very happy with results from procedures like Ellacor. The staff is outstanding in every way.
I have been treated by Tracy Nelson for pre-cancerous skin problems for over five years and her expertise and thorough exams have kept me cancer free.. In addition to her exams and treatment of my skin conditions, Tracy always takes time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have. One of the best compliments one can be given is to receive referrals which I have done for her.
Had my annual skin check with Alyssa. She is very thorough and professional, offered good info/advice for skin care in a very friendly manner. Short wait time and very efficient.....out within 45 minutes.

Due to biopsy results, I needed to have a procedure and learned best practice is the Mohs procedure. I learned that Highlander Dermatology practice and the providers were ‘top of the heap’ re skills—technical skills as well as human/care skills. Well my experience has NOT disappointed!
