Although we haven’t purchased services from this business, we wanted to speak to their characters. We have two small children and brought them to their first parade this weekend, which went straight past their business. Our children were struggling with both the heat and loud noises from the parade and they were quick to invite us into their business to cool off our children and escape the noise. We anticipate that a business this welcoming and considerate to community members would operate with integrity in their business proceedings. Not only was my order manufactured flawlessly, I also received practical, prompt, and pleasant customer service—thank you, Karen—from initial inquiry to delivery. Watertown Memorial helped us move a family headstone to a cemetery out of town. They stored the headstone for us for the winter and moved it in the spring. They took care of all of the details and made all of the calls to coordinate the move. Karen was so helpful each time we called or had any new questions. We are so grateful for all that they did to manage this for us.
