Caitlin’s customer service has been phenomenal. She really cares about her customers- even when they are busy- she takes the time to make sure someone is available to assist customers.
I worked with Stephanie while I was here and she was amazing! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get the exact lenses that would be helpful for my lifestyle. She helped me pick out frames I really loved. And she was also very personable, making conversation the whole time. My entire experience here was great, the staff was lovely and the store was clean and had a good stock of glasses.
Everyone here was awesome! I really appreciate how nice and patient everyone was with my young kids. From the woman who did or pre exam to the doctor and to Stephanie the woman who helped us pick out glasses, I loved how amazing they all were and look forward to future appointments!
